The Center for Asian Pacific American Women (apawomen.org) and OCA – Asian Pacific American Advocates are co-hosting the 2023 Women of Color Conference March 9-11, 2023. This program was created for women of color who have been working professionally for five years or less. Our goals are to:

  • Increase level of self-confidence and make conscious choices about her personal and professional life.
  • Make a positive social impact around racism as a collective cohort.
  • Influence other women of color for a better chance at success – as defined by the individual.
  • Learn about relationship mastery and how that is important to the career fulcrum.
