Lulu Latu-Wolfgramm
Director of Empowered Living Services, a program of PIK2AR
Owner/Manager of Kavana LLC and VeiLeis
CAPAW was first introduced to me by my boss and close friend, Susi Feltch-Malohifoou, founder of PIK2AR. She recognized my desire to find opportunities that would support my growth and influence within the community. Through her encouragement, I was accepted into the sHERO program—an experience that changed my life.
In sHERO, I found more than just knowledge and skills; I found family. I gained sisters whom I plan to stay connected with for life. This cohort not only boosted my confidence but also gave me clarity about who I want to be—both culturally and in my community work.
I am deeply grateful for this program, which allowed me to dive into my ancestry and reflect on how the choices of those before me have shaped the legacy I am now building.
Sue Ann Hong has also become a meaningful mentor to me—she breathes life into hopes and dreams I didn’t even realize were part of my existence.
I was also blessed to participate in the mentorship program, where I met my “Big Sis,” Rosie Abriam. She has given me invaluable tools and wisdom that continue to shape and influence every area of my life. Her guidance has been a true gift.
I am forever grateful to the leaders who paved the way for these programs to exist. Because of their vision and dedication, I am empowered to walk in purpose—and to be a Good Ancestor. These ladies have not only mentored me personally but also helped to promote my talents during past conference events—opportunities that played a key role in helping me discover my true calling in entrepreneurship. Because of their vision and dedication, I am empowered to walk in purpose—and to be a Good Ancestor for those who come after me.
