PROGRAM: UNLEASH THE sHERO IN YOU!

This program was created for women of color who have been working professionally for five years or less. Our goals are to:

Increase level of self-confidence and make conscious choices about her personal and professional life.
Make a positive social impact around racism as a collective cohort.
Influence other women of color for a better chance at success – as defined by the individual.
Learn about relationship mastery and how that is important to the career fulcrum.

This program is sponsored by Walmart - The Center for Racial Equity.

Target Audience:	Women of Color
Status:	Now Accepting Applications
Current Dates:	May 4, 2023 - December 28, 2023
Frequency:	Every other Thursday evenings for two hours
Required Project:	Create, implement, and positively impact communities by addressing issue(s) around racism.
Selection Process:	Process through referral and interviews.
